Think of this as the part of the clinic that comes home with you. Your exercises are in the Move tab. Most of your recovery happens in the time outside the clinic. We hope there are no flareups or struggles but if they happen, they are logged to your clinic file automatically via the Track tab in the app.

You can ask about anything you're struggling with and receive evidence based, clinically informed support.
